RENTAL SCHEME

We provide and offer you the Rental Scheme as another option in procuring containers either new or used condition, various type i.e. 20 & 40 FT GP, HC, Reefer, and Standard Office Containers for minimal 1 (one) month period*. However, this scheme might be useful for client who has short term plan of using container.

Before you go further on the list of rental charges, here is the list of definition related to container type, size, function, condition, etc for your guidance and easy understanding.

Storage	Tempat Penyimpanan
Cool Storage	Tempat Penyimpanan Berpendingin
FT	Ukuran dalam Feet (Kaki), 1 Meter = 3.33 FT.
GP	General Purpose / Berfungsi untuk jenis muatan umum
Hi-Cube	Container berukuran lebih tinggi 30 cm dari container GP / standard.
	Untuk ukuran dan spesifikasi container lihat pada halaman detil produk.
YOM	Year of Manufacture / Tahun pembuatan (untuk Dry container)
	Year of Modification / Tahun pembuatan modifikasi (untuk Office container)
Used	Bekas / Second-Hand
Brand New	Container Baru, ex one-way free use dari Pabrik di China.
	Kondisi container 100% gress, CSC Plate terpasang dan valid,
	Bersertifikat dari Badan Sertifikasi kelas dunia yaitu:
	(Bureau Veritas / Germany Lloyd / American Bureau of Shipping / Lloyd Register).
CW	Cargo Worthy / Layak dimuati cargo sesuai Max.Nett Weight tertera pada CSC Plate,
	*TIDAK BOCOR* (Light-tight & Wind-tight)
SW	Sea Worthy / Layak digunakan dalam pelayaran / pengiriman via laut,
	CSC Plate terpasang dan valid.
Anti-Contamination Floor	Lantai dilapisi Polyurethane (PU Coated) agar lantai kayu tidak terkontaminasi
	oleh tumpahan cairan / minyak / oli yang dapat menembus ke pori-pori lantai,
	sehingga container aman digunakan untuk cargo sensitif berikutnya.
Lift On	Kegiatan menaikan container dari lapangan penumpukan dimuat ke atas truck/trailer.
Lift Off	Kegiatan menurunkan container dari atas truck/trailer dibongkar ke lapangan penumpukan.
Lessee / Renter	Penyewa

Rental Term & Condition:

1. Minimal Rent Period is 3 (three) months. Call sales for best offer and term.

2. 100% prepayment of agreed rental charges and period, prior pick-up or delivery.

3. Self Pick-up / return of container by Lessee/Renter, has to settle Lift on/off charge at the depot.
4. Stock availability is subject to final confirmation.

5. Rent Charge exclude Transportation or Delivery Cost.

6. We suggest Lessee/Renter to arrange physical inspection to see actual condition of container and choose unit that suit you before pick-up or delivery.

7. Or you can ask our sales person to provide photos of actual container that we offer you.

8. Deposit.

Some amount of fund to be given by Lessee/Renter to Lessor in accordance to the type and market value of each container at time of rent period started. Lessor shall keep the fund until Lessee/Renter return the container to Lessor’s appointed depot.
